project planning, plant site selection and evaluation, project proposals, feasibi-lity study, techno-economic analysis, construction cost consultancy, postevalua-tion, and project management consultancy
* Engineering:
basic design, preliminary design and detail design
* Project Management and EPC/Turnkey Contract:
engineering , equipment and material procurement, construction managem-ent and commissioning instructions
* Construction Supervision :
rendering construction and installation project supervision, engineering equip-ment fabrication supervision, and supervisory technology consultation services.
* Construction Cost :
preparing and reviewing the project proposal; feasibility study, investment estimation and project economic evaluation; preparing and reviewing the peoject budget estimate, budget, balance budget, project completion final account, base price of ITB, providing services of construction cost supervision and control of each phase of a project and "claim for compensation" business; providing construction cost information consultation, and accepting assignments from judicial organs and arbitration organs for appraising economic disputes.
