ShanghaiChem Engineering Incorporation (SCEI) was established in 1985, now,a subcompany of Shanghai Huayi(Group), comprehensively rendering the consultancy, engineering, project management and EPC/Turnkey Contract and other services of chemical, petrochemical pharmaceutical architectural engineering. SCEI also possesses the qualification for contracting the overseas' projects.

Since established, SCEI has completed more than 500 projects covering petrochemical, chlor-alkali chemical, natural gas and organic chemical, inorganic chemical, new materials and their processing, fine chemical, rubber and tyre industries as well as other sectors such as light industries, pharmaceuticals, textile, synthetic fiber, environmental protection, civil architectural line, etc. SCEI also has some special know-how and patent technologies in plastic, chlor- alklai and fluorine chemical industries.
